(16 Feb 06 - RV) In southern Somalia, people are starting to die from thirst as well
as hunger in the worst drought in over 40 years. Assessment teams today found
seven people who died of dehydration, they say that tens of thousands in the east
african nation are now at risk. As temperatures sore to over 40 deg celcius people
are begging for water along the sides of the road. Rosemary Heenan is
