(20 September 2005 - RV) Residents in New Orleanse are again bracing themselves for an onslaught from a fresh hurricane - just 3 weeks after Hurricane Katrina devastated the city.
The Archbishop of New Orleans is Archbishop Alfred Hughes, and he told Susy Hodges about his fear for the second hurricane.
