Ethical Dilemma

(13th September 2005 - RV) A prominent Catholic Bishop in Britain says that a goverment watchdog is making decisions with profound ethical implications for the country. Cardiff Archbishop Peter Smith tells Tracey Mcclure that the decision by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority to allow a human embryo with two mothers shows that a new bioethics board is needed in the country.
