A Time for Relfection

(19 July 2005 - RV) Bishops in the Philippines have welcomed an announcement by President Gloria Arroyo to set up a truth commission to investigate allegations of vote-riggins against her. Monsignor Hernando Coronel is the Secretary-General of the Bishops' Conference, he says that the bishops hope that this can be a time of reflection.
