Bigger and More Democratic?

(RV 13 July 2005) The United States has firmly rejected a proposal by Japan, Germany, and Brazil to increase the size of the United Nations Security Council. Bruce Kent, vice-president of Pax Cristi, says that any changes in the Security Council should be focused on making the body more democratic.
