Electing Rome's Bishop

What many people do not realise is that the Cardinals elect the Bishop of Rome, and the Bishop of Rome becomes the Pope. Veronica Scarasbrick has been talking to Monsignor Charles Burns who explains that the Cardinals are really the Parish Priests of Rome.
